New in our store are these lovely thank you cards. Letterpress printed on our vintage Heidelberg printing presses in two colours on beautiful 100% cotton paper. The cards are also die cut to shape, creating a softer edge.

Originally produced as a letterpress print exclusively for the Japanese market, this Leonardo Da Vinci quote has now been adapted to a greeting card. To mirror the sentiment of the quote, the design was loosely based on classical title page typography and a book cover designed by Jan Tschichold (1902–1974), and it uses the Goudy Old Style typeface designed by Frederic W. Goudy (1865–1947).
