“Nobody sends postcards these days and email can be so boring/passé/bloodless”. Our sentiments exactly and has inspired United Creatives to create this set of postcards for Cubitt House. Letterpress printed on 100% recycled stock on our Heidelberg cylinder presses.

Jack White Blunderbuss

You can often hear The Raconteurs blasting through the print room here at blush°° so you can imagine how thrilled we were when asked to print the invitation for the inaugural playing of Jack White’s Blunderbuss.
The invitations were letterpress printed on a Heidelberg platen onto 425gsm cotton paper.

Letterpress QR Code

Mark Dowsett of Stranger Studio came to blush°° for some quality letterpress printing. Mark’s postcard features a large QR code that you can scan and feel. Once scanned on a smartphone reveals his contact details, address, email and web address – very clever and a cool way to give people your details.
The postcards are letterpress printed on 540gsm Colorplan Citrine yellow, both sides on a Heidelberg platen. Colorplan is a fairly hard stock but does take a nice clean deep impression.

CU*TS

Despite recent cuts in the arts sectors United Creatives created a postcard to let people know it’s not all doom and gloom. The postcards are printed on a hefty 638gsm 100% cotton and on Colorplan White/Red/White Triplex. Printing on both sides can sometimes cause issues, you will often see evidence of an impression on the opposite side. Opting for a heavy stock means we can still achieve a deep impression on both sides.
